If two cards of the same number are stacked on top of each other, they merge into a single card with their combined value. For example, placing a card with the number 4 onto another card with the number 4 will merge them into a single card displaying the number 8.

The challenge lies in managing the limited space while trying to combine cards to reach higher numbers. The game ends when the player runs out of moves, which happens when the deck is empty and no more combinations are possible on the board. Players aim to create the highest possible number before the game ends.
